Vinification Our own “Cascada” fermentation technique, whereby the wine is fermented successively at low temperature.
Tasting notes Light redcurrant colour. Intense bouquet where outstand blueberries and raspberries fresh aromas. Very complex with nice evolution, fresh, balanced and well-structured on the palate. Long and pleasing aftertaste.
